Mandate

The mandate given to Finar involves the design and construction of the building envelope for the Grimard Automation shop, including the structure, walls (with cladding), and roofing. The project covers an area of 50,000 sq. ft., with dimensions of 200' x 250' and a clear height of 24'. The roofing will be made elastomeric membrane. This is a large factory dedicated to the manufacturing of industrial electrical modules, equipped with two 100' wide overhead cranes, each with a 12.5-ton capacity. A two-story office space measuring 200' x 50' will also be included.
