The O'245 project in Rouyn-Noranda is an ambitious 4-story development, totaling 37,300 sq. ft. of steel. Designed to meet the needs of various types of businesses, this building houses administrative offices for an accounting firm, as well as a commercial leasing section. The project is the result of a collaboration between three stakeholders: Les Constructions Sylvain Rouleau, Immeubles Dion, and Les Immeubles DCL.
