Mandate:

Finar was commissioned to expand the garage of Jacques Dufour & Fils inc. in Baie-Saint-Paul. The steel building has a surface area of 6,500 square feet. The building has 3 overhead cranes to facilitate material handling and optimize operations. To ensure the building's durability and energy performance, we installed a high-quality thermoplastic membrane on the roof. This project once again demonstrates our expertise in commercial construction and our ability to meet the specific needs of our clients. Thanks to this expansion, Jacques Dufour & Fils inc. will be able to enhance its services and increase its operational capacity.
