With the significant increase in our business volume, we're expanding our team and opening up new positions, including in shipping / receiving & logistics. If you fit the bill, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a skilled team truly dedicated to the success of our clients' projects.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify receipts and shipments of orders for factory and construction site supplies
- Negotiate and coordinate the transport of goods to construction sites
- Prepare, label and coordinate the distribution of orders to sites
- Prepare documents for shipping materials
- Participate in the storage of goods, manage stock levels
- Process purchasing requisitions, follow up and follow up with suppliers as necessary
- All other related tasks
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Comfortable with computer tools;
- Experience driving a forklift (asset, on-site training)
- Ability to lift a load of more or less 40lbs
- Sense of responsibility and management of priorities
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Autonomy and initiative
- Courtesy and professionalism
- Sense of organization
- Functional bilingualism (asset)
