We are looking for a senior electromechanic. If you fit the bill, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a skilled team truly dedicated to the success of our clients' projects.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment (cutting machines, welding machines, robotic cells, etc.) to ensure continuity of production
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical failures on production equipment
- Carry out regular inspections to identify malfunctions and implement the necessary corrective measures
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new production equipment
- Comply with safety standards, internal regulations and quality procedures
- Ensure the management of stocks of spare parts and tools necessary for interventions
- Write technical reports on interventions and propose improvement solutions
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- DEP in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as an electromechanic, including significant experience in the manufacturing sector or in the metal structure manufacturing industry
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and automated systems.
- Proficiency in diagnostic and repair tools for electromechanical equipment
- Ability to work independently, with a high sense of responsibility and detail
- Skills in welding and repair of metal structures are an asset
