With the significant increase in our business volume, we're expanding our team and opening up new positions, including that of Sales Representative. If you fit the bill, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a skilled team truly dedicated to the success of our clients' projects.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a territory
- Find and develop clients with high sales potential
- Assess and understand prospective clients' needs in order to design the best possible solution
- Use the Finar method to present proposals to clients
- Close sales and manage client relationships throughout the project
- Participate in project launches
- Conduct site visits
- Follow up on client satisfaction to ensure client loyalty and referrals
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 to 10 years of experience in construction and sales
- Ability to read and effectively communicate blueprints (verbally and in writing)
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Strong sense of initiative and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, versatility, and ability to work independently and professionally
- Home office, driver's licence, and proficiency with technology
- Expertise in Office Suite
