We are currently looking for a factory production and purchasing attendent. If you fit the bill, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a skilled team truly dedicated to the success of our clients' projects.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectuer les achats d'acier: négociation des prix, émission des bons de commande et gestion des pièces en rupture de stock
- Procéder à la mise en fabrication des projets via les logiciels spécialisés en structure d'acier
- Émettre les documents de production (dessins, codes à barres, listes) nécessaires aux différents intervenants dans l'usine
- Participate in production start-up at the subcontracted manufacturing level
- Purchase and monitor certain special items
- Assist the production team with requests related to the smooth operation of the plant
- All other related task
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Possess a vocational diploma (DEP), a college diploma (DEC) related to the position, or any other relevant experience
- Experience in purchasing Be rigorous in following procedures and managing documents
- Meticulous, autonomous, and a good team player
- Ability to adapt according to priorities
- Proficiency in the Office suite
- Knowledge of reading steel structure manufacturing drawings (an asset)
- Knowledge of the Mobilis suite (illico, Inca) is an asset
