The significant increase in our business volume leads us to open new positions including that of evening factory foreman. If you are the chosen person, you will report directly to the production director and will have the chance to participate in optimizing the working practices of the evening team (Monday to Thursday from 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.), which is committed to success. their client's projects.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, coordinate and organize the work of evening factory employees (reception, manufacturing and shipping) according to priorities
- Ensure effective transmission of relevant information with the day shift
- Enforce occupational health and safety standards
- Keep the environment clean and safe Supervise attendance and scheduling of factory employees
- Evaluate the performance of workers under his supervision
- Support the production manager in efficiency management
- Participate in manufacturing according to your skills: welding, assembly and verification
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Have a DEP in welding/assembly or equivalent experience
- Have relevant experience in factory personnel management
- Be a positive leader and a good mobilizer
- Promote teamwork
- Ability to make decisions
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
