TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce architectural details and building envelope plans in Revit
- Handle technical coordination
- Ensure compliance with the Quebec Construction Code
- Contribute to innovation by conducting the technical research required to integrate new materials
- Calculate material quantities (metal coatings, insulation, etc.)
- Work closely with audit technicians [A1]and engineers
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- DCS in architectural technologies with
- a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proficiency with Revit (required)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good 3D conceptualization skills
- Sense of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail
